I have something a little different for you today…

Are there any MEN out there interested in a FREE workout group? 

Yes… FREE! No strings attached.

No gym, no membership dues. Instead, we’ll be doing fun outdoor bootcamp style workouts.

Some friends have been getting together a few days per week with a great group of men. They meet in the rain, snow, or shine, and it’s a great way to start your day!

All fitness levels are welcome. No one will be left behind. The workouts are designed so you compete against yourself. You push yourself as hard as you see fit.

For those who haven’t exercised lately (myself included!), don’t feel intimiated as there are others who are in the same place. The same goes for those💪 exercise buffs, come challenge youself. 

If you are interested, we meet at West Confederation Park (by the tennis course and splash park - link to map):

• Tuesday at 5:30-6:15 am

• Thursday at 5:30-6:15 am

• Saturdays at 6:30-7:30 am 

Tuesday, July 9th at 5:30 am is the next FREE workout for men over 18 years old (bring a friend too if you want). 

This truly is 100% free, with nothing to sell you. We can all work out, hang out, and get better and stronger together!
